About Me

My passion for nutrition came early in life and has significantly grown alongside my love for food! My faith calls me to love and encourage others; my appreciation for God’s creation and sustainability. My passions and values carved a path for me in pursuing a career in nutrition and food systems. I believe in wholesome wellness that incorporates the body, mind, and external environment.

I have a BS in Nutrition and Food Science and I am a Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. I am dedicated to helping women achieve their health and wellness goals through small, actionable habits. With a holistic approach, I blend nutrition science and lifestyle practices to guide my clients in making sustainable changes for a wholesome life. I'm here to support you in aligning your health and lifestyle goals for total wellness!
